Private reference, not a records office. Sandy Residents Directory cannot pull records, certify copies, confirm who lives at an address, or change a government roll. For an emergency, call 911. If someone is stalking or harassing you, contact local police.

Route a Record Question

Choose the page that matches the record role. The Sandy Street Directory follows an address. The Directory Book covers printed collections. The Resident Lookup handles one-name verification. ZIP, previous-resident, and neighbor questions have their own record limits.

  • Salt Lake County Recorder: deeds, liens, plats, and recorded instruments use the free public search, office, phone, or NextRequest route.
  • Salt Lake County Assessor: parcel cards and valuation questions use the owner, address, and parcel search.
  • Utah Courts: public case information starts with Xchange; classification controls access.
  • Vital records: Utah OVRS handles modern Utah birth and death records; County Clerk handles marriage copies.
  • Public records: Salt Lake County NextRequest and its GRAMA form cover existing records, not newly compiled lists.
